can you help me with SEGA CD EMULATOR?
i want to be able to play the game sonic cd, so i tried downloading emulators, so that i could play the game. unfortunately, i’m a noob at computer stuff and have had alot of trouble. i know you’re supposed to download something called a BIOs to make sega CD emulators to work, but so far they’ve done nothing. i’d download but when i try to open any roms, it won’t let me. in the menu where you look for the rom to open, the rom won’t be there. it’s like that with all of the emulators that i’ve tried.

i need simple, yet detailed directions on what to do, along with links to sites to download all that i need (i already have WINRAR). this would be a great help. Thanks!

Okay I am 21 year old Asian dude. 5′11 (6 foot with shoe) Okay I am a pretty good looking guy with glasses, fit, masculine…. so when ever I go to bars and club in the Bay Area… I always get hit on by Puma or Cougar that are either White or Hispanic. Most of them are like 28-40 year old. Believe me! I got hit on like over 10 times and some of them even wants to date me… I would definitely date them but the age gap is what is holding me back. It would be totally weird if a 20 something is dating 40 year old since other ppl will view me as a "Male Gold Digger" or "Man whore". How do the hackers get caught by professional computer masters….??Like i heard that someone hacked microsoft site and company secretary site….how is it possible….and how can we catch them??

I have nailed several of them and I have shared my techniques with the people who want to catch them and send them to prison. I would not post that information in a public place. The information available to the public is about preventing the hackers from getting in and detecting any intrusions so you can take immediate measures. If your system is hacked the best thing to do is just pull the plug (or battery if it’s a laptop). Then you remove hard drives and examine them using a different computer. You don’t restart a computer from a hard drive that has been hacked. I’ve had situations where I told people to yank the cords and it was a very good thing to do it that way. The hacker had put code in place to wipe out all files if somebody ordered a restart or shutdown the normal way. Ouch!

Next doors neighbors neglect their dog, what shall I do?
My next door neighbors got a puppy about two years ago. The woman lives with her daughter who’s about eight. She had lived with her boyfriend for about a year before he decided to get a puppy. When he got the Rottweiler he got a lot of attention when he was a tiny puppy. But typically, the little girl got bored of him when he started to get big and playful. So they began to put him out at the garden at night. At first, they would still pay him attention, play with him and feed him but he was never allowed in the house, or out of the garden.

A couple of months after this, the couple broke up, and the man left. He did not take his dog.

The poor Rottweiler has been stuck in that garden ever since. He gets no attention, is fed about two times a week and has nothing at all to do. It would be slightly more humaine if the space he had was bigger, but it is limited to a caged concrete run, that is no where near big enough for a full grown Rottweiler. The woman seems to think she has no responsibility for the dog, as he belongs to her ex, so she ignores him.

He once smashed through our fence because he was so hungry and wanted attention.

The last time the dog has been out of the house was about 4 months ago. A man came along and took him away in a van for a couple of days and then brought him back. I now really think they’re just using the dog to make money.

It is totally unfair and cruel. I cannot stand the cries of that poor dog in the middle of the night anymore.

He needs exercise and attention. Because his contact with humans is so limited, I’m afraid that he will soon turn into a dangerous dog.

We have reported him to the RSPCA but they did nothing. We were very nervous about doing so, as they are a very rough family and if they find out it was us and they get in trouble for it, we’ll probably get a brick through our window.

We are a family of dog lovers, so this neglect is painful to watch. I don’t know what to do, please help.

If the dog has food, water, shelter, gets medical care if in obvious need of it and the pen size is sufficient by what the law requires (which is quite small) then there is nothing legally that can be done. What is legally considered cruelty or neglect and what is considered good ownership are 2 different things. They are not required by law to give the dog attention, take it out of its pen etc as long as they are providing it very basic care. If you are concerned about the dog and feel they no longer want it the offer to help them find a new home for it if you feel comfortable doing so, otherwise there is nothing you can do.
